Samhain is observed in some earth-based traditions as a seasonal marker associated with endings, remembrance, and transition.
For some people, Samhain is spiritual or ceremonial. For others, it is symbolic, seasonal, or simply a point of noticing the shift into darker months.
I want to acknowledge Samhain without assuming how it is observed, or whether it is observed at all.
The season it marks invites reflection on what is being released, what is being remembered, and what needs care as the year turns inward.
